A whole commerce operation, not a set of screens.
Tebi — Tafora E-Commerce Business Infrastructure. Build the shop, load the catalogue, take the orders and read the numbers on one platform, where the reporting is recalculated from the same orders your warehouse is packing rather than from a separate pipeline.
One platform for every part of the business
A storefront is the easy half. The half that decides whether the business works is the operation behind it: a catalogue that refuses to publish half-finished products, stock that moves the moment an order lands, and numbers the buying team and the packing team both recognise.

What Tebi covers
Six capabilities that between them cover the whole path from a product existing to the money being counted.
capabilities
Product and catalogue management
Products, variants, media, pricing, inventory and the search listing in one editor, with bulk publish, archive and delete across the catalogue and validation that catches mistakes before they reach a shopper.
Storefront customisation
Theme presets, brand colours, typography and home page content, with a live preview sitting beside the controls so the team changing the hero can see what they are changing.
Order and fulfilment workflows
Payment and fulfilment states, order timelines, internal notes and a printable summary for the warehouse, with confirmation before anything irreversible and stock returned automatically on cancellation.
Inventory tracking
Stock held per variant with low-stock alerts, decremented when an order is placed and credited back when it is returned, so the number on the product page is the number on the shelf.
Customers and segments
A directory carrying lifetime spend, order history and notes, with segments such as repeat buyers or lapsed customers that you can act on rather than merely export.
Analytics and reporting
Revenue, order volume, average order value, conversion and channel mix over any period, recalculated from the source orders — alongside best sellers and sales by collection, city and payment method.
Design the store beside a live preview
Most storefront changes are small, obvious and still end up as a developer ticket. In Tebi the theme editor and the storefront sit side by side, so the person who wants the hero rewritten is the person who rewrites it.
Three polished presets
Atelier, Northstar and Forma, each a complete type and layout system rather than a colour swap.
Brand controls, not a theme fork
Brand colour, surface tint, corner style and type pairing, set in the editor and applied everywhere.
The whole home page
Announcement bar, hero, featured collections and footer, all editable and published the moment you save.
Desktop and mobile, side by side
Both previews update as you type, with a one-click reset back to the defaults.
Orders, from checkout to courier
Every order carries its own timeline, delivery details and internal notes. Payment and fulfilment move through states the team can trust, and the stock ledger moves with them instead of being reconciled afterwards.
States that mean something
Mark payment paid or pending, start processing, fulfil or cancel — each step recorded on the order.
Cancelling returns the stock
A cancelled order credits its units back to the catalogue automatically, with no manual adjustment.
Built for the warehouse
Internal notes for the team and a printable picking summary for the person actually packing the box.
Despatch measured, not guessed
Fulfilment performance tracked against a two-day target, so a slipping week is visible while it slips.
Fitted to how Turkish retail works
Tebi was built with Türkiye as a primary market, which shows in the details a platform designed elsewhere tends to get wrong. The interface runs in English and Turkish, and the currency stays in lira in both.
Priced in lira
Turkish number and currency formatting throughout, in either interface language.
Delivery zones that match
Istanbul, the rest of Türkiye and abroad, with a same-day courier option and a pickup point.
The payment methods people use
Card, EFT/havale and cash on delivery, carried through to the reporting mix.
e-Arşiv on the roadmap
Turkish e-invoice submission is a planned integration, and is labelled as planned rather than shipped.
How a store goes live.
Catalogue in
Products, variants, media, pricing, stock and SEO loaded, with your existing identifiers preserved so nothing downstream has to be re-mapped.
Dress the shop
A theme preset chosen, brand colour and typography set, the hero rewritten and the featured collections picked — all against the live preview.
Payments and delivery
Your payment provider configured in test and then live, with delivery zones, rates, same-day options and pickup points set once.
Open the doors
Your own domain connected with automatic certificates, orders flowing, and the reporting populated from the first day rather than backfilled later.
Who sells on Tebi.
Apparel and lifestyle
Size and colour variants with per-size stock, editorial storefront layouts, and a product grid built around strong photography.
Furniture and home
Higher-value, lower-volume catalogues where delivery options and stock accuracy matter more than breadth of range.
Electronics and audio
Specification-led product pages with clear stock status, comparison-friendly listings and channel attribution across online, mobile and marketplace.
Multi-store operators
Several storefronts run from one account on a shared catalogue, each with its own theme, domain and reporting.
Open a store
that is already trading.
The demo comes seeded with a full catalogue, four months of orders and the customers to match. Walk the whole journey — add a product, change the theme, buy from your own shop, then fulfil the order — and tell us what your catalogue looks like.
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Can we try it before committing to anything?
Yes — that is what tebi.taforatechnology.com is for. It is a complete working build seeded with a full catalogue and four months of orders, so you are judging the product rather than an empty shell. There is no signup and nothing to install; payments in that demo use a clearly labelled test provider, the data lives in your own browser, and you can reset it whenever you like.
Can our team change the storefront without a developer?
Yes. Theme preset, brand colour, surface tint, corner style, type pairing, the announcement bar, the hero and the featured collections are all editable in the dashboard, beside a live preview, and they publish the moment you save.
How does it handle stock?
Stock is held per variant, not per product, with low-stock alerts set per store. It decrements when an order is placed and is credited back automatically when an order is cancelled or returned, so the catalogue and the shelf do not drift apart over a busy week.
Is it suitable for selling in Türkiye?
It was built with Türkiye as a primary market. Prices and numbers use Turkish formatting in both interface languages, delivery is zoned for Istanbul, the rest of Türkiye and abroad with same-day and pickup options, and card, EFT/havale and cash on delivery all carry through to the reporting. Turkish e-invoice submission is on the roadmap rather than shipped.
Will it connect to the systems we already run?
The domain model sits behind a typed repository interface, so connecting a real payment provider, courier, ERP or marketplace means writing an adapter rather than rewriting screens. Courier labels, e-Arşiv invoicing, email and WhatsApp notifications and marketplace listing are on the roadmap, and we are straight with you about which of them are built today.
